    I am curious I would like to increase my power level, and I was wondering yes I need 12,000 words. But do they need to be all in one post or can they be in multiple posts and where would the best place to Role play this out?

    I'm assuming they would be over multiple posts, people don't just get strong in like boom super powerful. So Over multiple posts should be fine but ask him.
    It There is a training area under OOC area but I'm not sure if that carries over into IC, again Raiden will know

    The training area is only for techniques not for the powerlevel. Powerlevel training can be one large post or multiple but it has to be IC.
